Horn of Beckoning Death

This dragon-like horn glows with an eerie light. By activating it, you summon the Beckoning Death, a necromantic effect. On your next turn, a crimson cloud fills a 30-foot-radius sphere around the horn. The sphere doesn't move. Each turn, the sphere expands by 30 feet. The cloud vanishes after 10 minutes or if you lose concentration. If any creature, including yourself, with 9 or fewer hit points remains in the cloud at the end of their turn, they are killed by the Beckoning Death. Humanoids killed this way transform into zombies under the control of Szass Tam, the horn's creator. You can only use the horn's power once per year.
